Arabian Galvanizing Co. (A Limited Liability Company) has been promoted by industrialist pioneers in Saudi Arabia to serve the nation, transacting business in after-steel-fabrication hot dip galvanizing, sandblasting, painting and steel fabrication, via Industrial License No. 120 dated 16-1-1425 and CR No. 2050046047.

The company is located at Dammam 2nd Industrial City, Saudi Arabia, with a capacity of 30,000 metric tons per year. Our activities are to provide complete product services for steel galvanizing.

Hot dip galvanizing is the process of applying a zinc coating to fabricated iron and steel components by immersing the material in a furnace consisting primarily of molten zinc.

Hot Dip Galvanizing
The term galvanizing, while technically referring specifically to the application of a zinc coating by use of a galvanic cell, is also generally understood to include hot-dip zinc coating. The practical difference is that hot-dip galvanization produces a thick, durable, matte grey coating — electroplated coatings tend to be thin and brightly reflective.
Sandblasting
Sandblast cleaning is a surface treatment process widely used across many industries for many different purposes. Abrasive blasting is the process by which an abrasive media is accelerated through a blasting nozzle by means of compressed air.
Painting
The type and amount of paint used for a particular project always depends on the specific conditions of the project and the client’s specifications.
Fabrication
Materials are inspected for conformance to steel grades, dimensions and properties prior to fabrication; heat numbers are identified and recorded in the Field Inspection and Material Traceability Report Form where required.
